Chef Romy Jolly
Our catering team is lead by Executive Chef Romy Jolly who comes with over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. He has catered for some of the most prestigious events in the city and his attention to detail continues to wow guests at all his events. Specializing in Indian fusion cuisine with influences from neighbouring countries, blending global flavours together to create a truly unique food experience.
